12 Week Program
Most of us know that we should be doing some form of exercise or physical activity at least 3 days a week. But often time we don’t, why? I help you identify what might be the reasoning or mental blocks that is stopping you from engaging in regualr phsical activity, This program is designed to get you actively engaging in wellness and fitness on your own. You will be accountable and know how to safely stay fit and have the motivation to do so without any setbacks or roadblocks. This is not meant to address any conditions but to simply teach you and motivate you to be fit and well on your own and maintain it long term. My ultimate goal is for you to have a better relationship woth your health like the rich have a good relationship with welth.
24 Week Program
Similar to the 12 week program but designed to address a more short term specifc goal. This also takes a more in depth approach to your mental wellness addressing stress and the root causes of it.
36 + Week Program
Designed to address long term needs and goals. Ultimiately the same goal is similar to 12 week and 24 week program, to have you on your own but this program based on your goals and needs will focus on addressing your needs.
